Who We Are

Realizing that a professional and reliable home management company was needed in Monmouth and Ocean County, Owner Johne Ringo launched Premier Home Property Management. Johne moved to the area in 2010 and began an apprenticeship in construction/project management. During his apprenticeship he completed his Bachelors Degree in Criminology from The College of New Jersey. From 2010 until 2017 he has gained great knowledge about home management and has made relationships with local contractors.

In 2017 Johne began a career in law enforcement in Monmouth County. He continued working construction as well as managing smaller local projects. Through the last eleven years he has seen extensive damage due to storms, frozen pipes, vandalism, and failure of heating/cooling systems within the home. Many times these issues would go unseen for weeks and sometimes months due to unmanaged properties. 

During the course of his law enforcement/project management career he has continually developed and relied on his personal attributes of reliability, honesty, loyalty and communication, as they have remained his guiding principles. He now brings this same responsibility and dedication to the private sector with the services of Premier Home Property Management. Johne is passionate about public service and wants to help protect your home!
