Ease your mind knowing that all your repairs, maintenance, deliveries, and renovations will be handled by a single point of contact. That contact with coordinate all your needs and appointments with cable, utility companies, contractors, deliveries, snow removal, pool services, etc.

No more handing your key or garage codes out to contractors. We can be sole key holder for your property. We will coordinate with any service provider that may need to gain access to the inside of your house. We will be happy to unlock the property and then return when the service is completed. If you would like us to remain at the property while the service is being provided that could be arranged.

We provide 24/7 emergency response to you property in case there are any emergencies or alarms that may be activated. We can be registered with your local Police Department as an emergency contact so our response time to your property is swift.

Anytime we are at you property we will conduct a thorough walk through of the property and inspect for any:

• Structural problems

• Heating/cooling issues

• Damage after storms

• Vandalism

• Leaks

• Alarm functionality

• Confirm services rendered by outside contractors

• Fire alarm/CO alarm functionality
